Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
This intensive therapy program is designed for adolescents ages 13-17 (or 18 if still in high school) who are in need of a higher level of care with minimal school interference. IOP is a good fit for clients who could benefit from additional structure and support to meet therapeutic goals. IOP is often a fit for individuals that are stepping down from more intensive levels of care including residential, inpatient, and partial hospitalization treatment and could benefit from a bridge in treatment before resuming traditional outpatient individual therapy. Our IOP curriculum combines concepts, techniques, and modalities spanning cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths-based approaches, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), expressive arts interventions, and more. The average length of program participation is 6-10 weeks.
